Trompe Le Monde songs The pixies could make any rainy day feel like a sunny day, since there music makes you want to dance and shout, when you are feeling upset and down. The lyrics are really stupid but brilliant at the same time. A shame they spilt up.. By th_yorke (Kopenga, Sweden).

Pixies – Letter To Memphis. General CommentI love how this song and "Palace of the Brine" fit together on Trompe le Monde - a great centrepiece to a great album. The way the guitars are tuned/distorted exactly the same and the timing over the break between the songs is so perfect. General Commentpersonally i just love the song and i.

Yes, "Come on Pilgrim" is the first release, and the rawest. Yes, "Doolittle" is probably considered the best Pixies album to date. "Bossanova" just rocks. Then, we have the final act. "Trompe Le Monde" is a venture into a more produced, more "sci-fi" sound (Frank also took the sci-fi /5().
